Can I also mild (I think that's the word) my F23 head to make the mileage 0? How much hp increase is there?
.

Wouldn't you need to replace the chassis and a bunch of other parts to make your mileage 0?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just got interested in the swap again.

BlkCurrantKord, you said that you switched your stock F23 for a ported one. Now is that ported one the SAME exact head as the stock one? Why did you do that? What differences does it make? Is it as good as swapping with an H22 and is it cheaper to port my F23 than to swap it out?

Can I also mild (I think that's the word) my F23 head to make the mileage 0? How much hp increase is there?

Thanks.
Yea its the same, only the ports have been opened up more for better flow. Why did I do it? B/c I wanted to and no one else had at the time. No its not as good as swapping the H22 head on and I think what you're talking about is milling, which is basically shaving a slight layer of metal off the head which increases compression ever so slightly. Mine was milled .015.

I have no idea what you mean by making the mileage, "0".
