I dont see any engine management, which is by far, the most important part!

x3 on the fuel management... what about spark plug cables and catback to free the exhaust?
Any internal work?how much are you planning to run?

ummmm ....... a new exhaust system, FPR & pump arent necessary but good ideas, oil return, weld bung to oil pan or buy one with a bung on it, air intake w/ filter, water lines and taps if your turbo has dual cooling, boost controller is not necessary, but also a good idea ..... and you need hours and hours of research to avoid problems.
