I have an 04 accord v6 6speed and for some reason my bake rotor gets so hot from somethign metal rubbing on it(sounds like metal on metal). does seem that the brake pads are low, also have some indication of something rubbing on my rotor cause my rotor looks it. any suggestions? it is always there, reverse sounds real ugly.

 

You need new brake pads. And if it has been grinding for a long time, you'll need rotors now, too.

ALWAYS change your pads the minute you hear that noise, because you just had a $30 job go to over $100.
