Mine was like 170. Got it in NH, try and fight it.

 

It may be 2 points, i just know failing to stop at a stopsign is double that of a stop light, the reason being because stop signs are fixed and never change, where as stop lights obviously change, but either way, if its something that had enough cover not to notice it during normal driving its something you can contest and most likely win but like 00accord said.... pictures
