So who has one and do you like it? Anything you do not like about it compared to a standard vehicle?
Also, do the dealerships "deal" on these cars, or is sticker-price what they tend to get given the very limited supply?

I think you may be better off checking on the HCF. I know some guys here have the acccord hybrid, but I don't know about the civic. The hybrids are a bit uncommon. I don't think a hybrid is really worth the extra money, I get great gas mileage in my I4 accord.
