What effects will running E10 in an older car , like my 91 lx ? Should anything be changed in the car to help running the E10 ?

Lots of people are starting to blend ethanol grades, 10% ethanol should be fine and you probably won't notice a difference up to 30%, so I've heard. Haven't tried it myself.

nah....if you read the warning labels at most major gas pumps (eg. exxonmobil, shell, texaco, etc.) it states that any car that is manufactured after 1981 can take the E10 gas. Your accords got 10 years on that figure....so no sweat.

i believe all major gas pumps now serve E10 gas.

No E10 where I live at all. You will see a loss in mpg using the E-10 fuel.
