Default F23 build

Hey everyone, I got a 2000 Honda Accord as my first car a few years ago. And It’s got the F23A1. Looking for parts for it has been a pain but I was looking into modifying it because it would be perfect to build. The F block is built similar to the K series, however the cylinders are open port so they are weak and can only support about 8psi on boost. Okay so, looking into it I could swap the head. Would an H23 head swap over and bolt on? I want to turbo my accord. And I want to make anywhere from 400-500 hp just to mess around with. Would it be worth it to Frankenstein it? Or should I just throw a petty 8 psi at the F23 to mess around with less power? If I keep it original What all should I buy besides the injectors and an oil cooler? Getting a complete turbo kit so after that I’m not sure what else to do? I heard the fuel rail will support 500 WHP but not too sure how accurate. Thank you for reading and thank you for responses in advanced
