I can't afford a new engine so I don't floor my car unless some neon pulls up beside me

 

I only floor it when it rains. I get in some good tire slippage when I do it

 

Whenever I'm on the highway, and it's clear, and the weather is nice.. maybe a little cooler (60ish) I'll romp it from 65-90ish just for the fun of it.. then I'll settle it to 75 and cruise home... I love it So much energy

 

new engine? psch. its gas i cant afford.... lol

 

Now that I have a new timing belt and my car is perfectly timed again I try to keep it under 100 during afternoon rush hour... winter gas mileage kills me <300mi to a tank

 

same. im gettin like 21 mpg right now. u?

 

my milage blows!!! but then again, my car warms up more than it drives during the week

 

Right now i've got a lead foot.. so i'm lucky getting 250mpg righ tnow

 

Gas prices here just dropped over 30cents in the last month so I guess I'll be reving my car a little more often.

 

last time i floored my car was saturday on my way home from skiing. i had toovertake a car that was going 50 on a 60 mph two lane road. i dropped it to 3rd and punch it to about past 5k then shift and boy it sure hauled *** i got pass the car probably going 80+ and it feltscary butwhat a rush!. i had to do it real quick cuz there was a incoming car on the other lane. felt good though knowing your car could do such thing :-D
