pros and cons of getting Ceramic brake pads?

I recommend them on any vehicle...

By the way, ive bought all of those sets from auto zone...they have a lifetime warranty on them.

well in PR they give only a 2yrs warranty on the ceramic pads. that's what my car has and it takes longer to heat up, therefore they don't crystallize as fast as the oem ones and they have better performance. they have a shorter "life span", but they die with their dignity intact... LOL... and the brake dust is wwwwaaaaayyyyyy lower...
