do these cars exist? i've looked everywhere and can't seem to find one. any advice on finding one would be great

damn, that's really lame. what the hell was honda thinking. is the only 4 cylinder engine the 2.3? or is there also a 2.4 and is there maybe two versions of the 2.3? thx

 

3 versions of the 2.3 were installed in the 98-02 models. The F23A1, F23A4, and F23A5. F23A1 is the standard VTEC (150 hp at the crank), the F23A4 is the ULEV(Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle) VTEC (148 HP at the crank), and the F23A5 is the base non-VTEC (135 hp at the crank). The 98-02 EX and LX models came with either the F23A1 or the F23A4. The DX models came with the F23A5.
The V6's in this generation were the J30 series (3.0 liter VTEC - 200hp at the crank) The only manual tranny 98-02 V6's I have ever heard of are custom jobs in which people swapped Acura CL or TL 6spd transmissions into their Accords (does not look like an easytask either.)
The 2.4 liter 4 cyl came in the 2003 and newer cars.
