Amp install

Hi I’ m in need of a little help,I had someone install an audio bank amp with 2 cerwin Vegas in my 2012 Honda accord I had already done the radio install myself. The person I had installing it said that there wasn’t a power wire to power on the amp so they some how bridged it with some alligator clips. Not going to lie it powered on but the sound was very distorted and now I can not get my amp to power on to push my subs! Is there possibly anyone on here that can help me out with this situation!? I’m beyond frustrated 😩
