Default screeching noise when I start the car

Lately (for the past month and a half) when i start the car the engine makes this high pitch screeching noise, its only for the start up of the engine, it then goes away in a second and I dont hear it again until I start the car again from cold, but if the engine is warm and i start the car again the sound isn't there. Any suggestions?

Check the accessory belts.

Yay loose belts. Rubber gets harder (and less tacky) in colder temps. Friction from the pulley spinning against the belts heats it up until they get sticky and catches, ending the squealing. Just adjust the tension on them. Belt deflection is 1/4" for 7" between pullies and 1/2" for 13"+ gaps. < That's how far the belt moves when you push on it.

All of the accessory belts (power steering, alternator, and A/C).... The only ones you can see. The only other belts on the car (timing) are under cover on the driver side of the engine.

push/pull on them, if they feel stretched, that's the issue... if still snug, there might be some oil/lubricant on the pully/belt.
