Haha, okay I guess.

Does it go up and down between 600 and 1200 RPM? Like a pulsing up and down?

Most common problem is a clogged IACV (IDle Air Control Valve) on the back of the intake manifold. It can be taken off by removing the two 10mm bolts holding it on and the 2 coolant hoses running to it. Clean it with carb/intake cleaner and clean the carbon crud out of the ports on the intake manifold.
