How can I lower 3/4"?

Before I buy anything here I will try "weighting" down the front and back of the car and taking pics, so we can determine what our preferred height is.
I'm assuming that full springs will produce a more comfortable ride than coilovers because the spring length will be considerably longer, however if I am wrong please let me know.

Just reading up more on coilovers ... seems like they force a minimum drop of greater than 30mm, and they produce a harsher ride than full springs.
For springs, aside from the Eibach Pro Kit with 30mm drop F/R on a '96 Accord 4cyl sedan, the only thing else I could find was H&R OE Sport, with a reported .25-.75" drop.
Has anyone installed the H&R OE Sport springs and can confirm the ride height?
