I have a 2002 SE, the drivers side rear strut creaks when going over rough road, etc. It can be duplicated by slowly lifting and lowering the rear of the car in the garage, by doing so I have determined the noise is coming from the top of the strut. What I am wondering is what is up there as far as bushings? some vehicles have what is called a shoulder pad, others a rubber bushing, etc. Any tips on replacing would also be appreciatied. Thx for our help and advice.
