Default off centered wheel...

How to straighten the front wheel it seems to be off centered front passanger side, its closer to the rear of the fender then the front i can notice a big gap and will a alignment help or no? i have to hold the steering wheel a certain way to the left to drive straight (thats not normal), when i let go of the wheel it pulls to the right quick and the steering wheel centers it self like it should be but its pulling to the right??

i need to fix this issue before i start doing any upgrades to my suspension, please help thank you and i have a 03 Honda Accord 2dr 2.4vtec, Automatic.

Has the car been in an accident or hit something before?

Otherwise, see this Honda technical service bulletin regarding the car pulling to the right.
