Suspension Control Arm - 04 Accord Ex
Driver side was hit by a drunk driver while my car was park.. i just got a call from the auto body that the following will be replaced: I want to get opinions as two whether there was structure damage by this the auto repair is saying no way. The girl hit my car so hard my navi system stopped working the insurance is saying they wont do anything about the navi.

I can't decide from here, but can't you get a "2nd opinoin" from another shop? Find a shop that does "unibody straightening" so they can properly measure whether anything else is bent.
The way the subframes are bolted on at both ends, it IS possible that the body structure isn't bent.
Who's insurance company is denying the damage to your navi system? If hers, then maybe you need to get YOUR insurance company involved. It's their job to fight for your side.
Or you could refuse to sign-off on their settlement if you're not happy with it. Be careful what you sign, because sometimes they want you to "agree" that their payment amount is OK.

For the navigation system, is it just the navigation system that doesn't work now or are there also problems with the stereo system, etc.?
If it is only the navigation system, have you tried removing and reinserting the disc?
I agree with JimBlake regarding getting your insurance company involved since the other driver is liable.
