Suspension Quality and comfort

I'm Stuck With what shocks/struts to go with(along with springs or coilover sets).... Ive tried to go the cheap route and just throw some BS coilovers on there, and now um just bouncing around town![:@].I was told just to change shocks and that coilovers have nothing to do with bounce.Should i change both or just shocks?. I've been looking into all brands and narrowed it down to..any suggestions!!!???[sm=feedback.gif]

dont get tokicos for lowered cars because i read in reviews that they "Do not come in short body length to accomodate lowered ride-height travel."
