Default Suspension travel

does anybody know roughly how many inches of travel i have in my stock 2001 accord struts?

Probably around 10". -5"/+5" from normal ride height.

Stock shocks can't handle a drop more than 1" if that's what you're getting at.

Good info, if I remember correctly if you're dropping it on stock shocks your going to have to trim up that bump stop..... not the way God intended those. Go for the good stuff... coilover or at the very least change the shocks with the springs.
