I am thinking of changing out the stock 19” wheel/tire combo with 17” wheel/ tire combo. Had anyone done this and was there improvement in the ride.

 

I finally upgraded my 2021 Accord Sport Special Edition wheels and tires from the stock 19” wheels and 235-40-19 tires. I went with 17”x8” Sport Tuning wheels and Michelin Cross Climate 2, 235-50-r17 tires. The new tires/wheels were the same width and .100” smaller in diameter. The fit to the car was perfect and the ride/handling is much better than stock. It was well the worth the money. The mileage on the latest trip was 35mpg.
