Default Oil pan thread worn

During an oil change at Jiffy Lube the thread in the oil pan came off. After a temporary fix with a plastic cap at Jiffy Lube, I took it to the Honda Dealer. They say that while removing the plastic cap, half of it got stuck in the Oil pan. They now need to remove the oil pan and fix the thread. The dealer says it will cost me $475 for this work. Does it cost that much?

Seems high to me. A new oil pan would be less and it's really not a hard job to install.
