Default help with horn not working

my 1995 honda accord lx ok so my horn stopped working idk how to figure out issue i used a jump pack and tested horns and they do work. so when i press horn button i hear a click not sure where its coming from but i hear it click the button i think. so horn doesn't work where should i check and how do i check? thank you in advance

I've moved this to General Tech for better views.

Can you help us out and at least tell us what year car you have

Was there anything that lead up tp this.....just did X or Y and it stopped working

You can check the power supply to the horn by pressing on the horn and check for voltage with either a test light or a multi meter. If there is voltage then the ground is bad. I will try and check the shop manual this morning for further diagnostics on the switch, relay etc.

As "Turtle" says, check for power to the horns - they are "hot" at all times and only sound when ground is applied.

Ground is applied via the horn switch, cable real, horn relay.

do you know what wire is the positive?

The positive wires to both left and right horn are Wht/Yel, coming from under-hood Fuse No. 30 (20A).
