Problem with Low Beams

I am havinga problem with my low beams. It seams that almost every night that I turn my lights on either one or both are out. If I hit the housings than the bulbs go on and it is usually fine until the next day. At first I thought it might be my hyper-white bulbs b/c they are usually a higher wattage and can melt the housing/wires. That is not the problem since the bulbs I have are 55w (standard Honda wattage). So I am wondering what else could be the problem. Any suggestions or anyone else have this problem?
Signature, as noted elsewhere.
Do you have a relay kit on the lights? Check the connections since they can melt; usually with high wattage bulbs, but anything's possible. Also look to see that the leads are all of the way into the connector. There is a chance that when you changed the bulbs that you stressed the wires, pulling them back enough to disrupt the connection. Make sure that your grounds are solid also. A big 3 upgrade is cheap and can solve most grounding issues.
