So I recently bought a certified used 2011 accord coupe. everything is fine except these blemishes on the hood. i was told these were touch ups. is there anything i can use to get rid of these or at least make it so that it blends in more with the car's paint?

You can give your car a wash then try buffing it out with some good brand wax. I had blemishes on my 1999 Accord, I got them to dissapear.
