Default 03' EX question ?

Hi, I'm pretty new to A/V, i was wondering if the 2003 EX stock head unit came equipped with the plugs/chords needed to hook up a sub/amp. I don't want to shake the ground when i'm driving, i would just like to have a nice bass setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You need to get the signal from the factory wires and use a line output converter or an amp with high level inputs. Make sure the LOC or amp has an auto turn-on feature since the factory radio lacks a remote turn-on. This also eliminates the need to remove the head unit. You can intercept the rear speaker wires easily right at the rear speaker.

You'll still need to run power wire, install a fuse, ground the amp, etc.
