2013 accord pre-drill firewall hole
So I bought my first accord I saw that the 8th gem accords had a pre drilled firewall hole. I looked in a similar for one on my 2013 as I am trying to add a after market speaker and hub system (I'm starting with the sub and rear speakers). After following the videos people have posted on the 2012 I found, not pre drilled, a 1/2 (approx) indentation cirlce with a four hole (small 1/16) hole pattern surrounding it. Could this be a way thru the firewall it seems to lead to the back of the center console?
I also found grommets to the left of the brake pedal but seem to lead to the wheel well...
Anyone have ideas?

typically the best place is above the gas pedal, 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up. you will need to cut out a portion of the sound barrier material (vinyl/foam). if you do have to drill (not a big deal), do so from inside, and start with a small hole for verification. then move up to the larger hole and install a firewall grommet.

Well here is an update for all 2013 Owners and also another request for help. There is a easy way through the firewall it is located to the left of the driver foot rest you will see three grommets remove one and feed wire thru. From there if you open the hood and look to the location of your wipers on the drivers side there is a piece of rubber that can be lifted up which gives you access to pull the wire thru and into the engine compartment. I used a hanger to pull the wire through.
I am having another issue though. My sub is hooked up and works... as lond as the door (any door or trunk) is open. When the door is close I hear an aweful buzz open a door and it is gone... If I open the door and push in the pin (tricking the car into thinking the door is closed) the noise is there release it (door open) gone... WTF right?
I grounded the sub to the rear of the trunk there was an existing ground already there.
