I don't quite understand the question, but I think the answer is NO. You shouldn't have speaker leads from the head unit, along with speaker wires from the amp, BOTH going to the same speaker.

Jim is right. If you plan on powering a speaker from an amp, you need to disconnect any other speaker wires connected to it, i.e. from the head unit.
each speaker can only be powered by one source - head unit OR amplifier.
if you are trying to get the signal from the head unit to the amp (i.e. high-level inputs to the amp or a LOC) then you can tap the factory speaker wires.
