Well, I have a question, I rewired the radio's Constant wire to the Cars "12V Ignition" wire. It works. But is that safe? Under load the wire on my multimeter reads between 11.94 - 13.xx V

The only issue now Is when I turn off the car, I have to turn off my radio by itself. It doesn't turn off when the car turns off.

if the radio doesn't turn off then you did the opposite of what you said. you wired the 12V ignition wire to the 12V constant wire. the ignition wire turns off when the car is off. 12V constant does not turn off - it is only used for memory retention of presets, clock, etc.

Radio Constant 12V+ Wire: Blue/White
Radio Switched 12V+ Wire: Yellow/Red
Radio Ground Wire: Black
Radio Illumination Wire: Red/Black
Radio Dimmer Wire: N/A
Radio Power Antenna Trigger Wire: N/A
Radio Amplifier Turn On Trigger Wire: N/A
Front Speakers Size: 6 1/2″
Front Speakers Location: Doors
Left Front Speaker Wire (+): Blue/Green
Left Front Speaker Wire (-): Gray/Black
Right Front Speaker Wire (+): Red/Green
Right Front Speaker Wire (-): Brown/Black
Rear Speakers Size: 6″ x 9″
Rear Speakers Location: Rear Deck
Left Rear Speaker Wire (+): Blue/Yellow
Left Rear Speaker Wire (-): Gray/White
Right Rear Speaker Wire (+): Red/Yellow
Right Rear Speaker Wire (-): Brown/White

Well, The White/Blue wire is the dead one.
I don't remember the color of the wire I tapped into but it doesn't turn off the radio.

So White/Blue cable became a yellow cable with a convert kit.

But on the convert kit, I'm using the red cable for both red and yellow on the stereo.

Doesn't make any sense. And Now Im having issues with the transmission =/

on older cars, i'll usually go to the fuse box for new wiring. you can get an add-a-fuse for the ignition turn on. just tap a fuse that feeds something on the ignition side.
