help with speed signal wire!

Default help with speed signal wire!

Can anyone tell me what color/ location is the speed signal wire. installing a panasonic aftermarket in dash navigation unit and it needs it, just dont knwo where it is or what color it is.


also, what color si the positive lead of the reverse light?

If you add the information on what year of car we are talking about to your signature we could tell you a whole lot more.... And typically the power lead to the reverse light is the one that's not black.

thanks for the quick response.


It is a 99 honda accord, automatic transmission coupe.

The dealership said the speed signal wire is a blue adn white wire, comming from connector B and it T's off.

Generally these are behind the cd player, or at least accesible. I just see a lot of blue/white wires.

You could trace the wire from your VSS on the transmission or just clip onto it in the engine bay.
