how do i use the straps to mount a tube subwoofer

i purchased a tube subwoofer and to mount them, they came with two straps but how do i mount the straps?
drilling?

First you have to know what you are mounting to .... if metal, then first check what's on the other side and if good, I'd use 1/4 in. drill screws .... maybe tap a starter hole with an awl.
