Default New DIY Project: Rewiring Tails

So I've wanted to embark on this project I've had in mind for some time now, but I wanted to hear your suggestions for going about doing it.

Right nowI have TYC Elegante tails, two circles on bottom, back up on top, like this:

This is how they opereate now:
-Outside circles blink with turn signal with single filament bulbs
-Inside circles are the parking and brake lights with dual filament bulbs

What I want to do:
-Rewire them so when I have my headlights on BOTH circles are lit
-Rewire them so that BOTH circles light up when I hit the brakes
-Rewire them so that when I have my turn signal on BOTH circles flash

So instead of them looking like this:
Braking/Headlights / O| |O \
Turning /OO| |O \

What I want:
Braking/Headlights/Turning /OO| |OO\

I know it's possible and not that difficult, but I need to track down some flashers. I know there are some Chevy's that do it, I think the Impala maybe. I know it sounds really pointless, but the lights just look so d@mn goofy only using one circle at a time...

You might have already done this....or not, but I'll reply anyways. Seems to me that all you would need to do is splice the harnesses together wouldn't you? The flashing is done by relay so when you turned on your blinker, they'd both flash, and when you pressed on the brake they'd brighten up. You'd have to put dual filament bulbs in both sockets though. The only thing about doing that might be an issue is that if you're braking AND have your blinker on. I'm not sure what it would do at that point.
