I pulled out each individual one on the driver and passenger side fuse boxes using the fuse pullers from the engine fuse box and I couldn't find a blown one. It wouldn't be one of the fuses in the engine fuse box would it be?

It might be, I would check it. Although you could just try insulating the wire, then turn the ACC on to see if it's working. Just be sure not to turn the key before then, because if it is a circuit breaker it will take a minute before it cools and resets itself. If it is still out, then check the other fuses. I'm sure you could get better helps from someone other than me, but this is all I got.

Just another guess here, I'm really not the best one to help with this but... Do you have a dimmer control ****? If not then that's prolly why there is not fuse there. You could try putting the rated fuse on the diagram, won't hurt anything but I doubt will fix your problem.

Honestly can't think of anything else, but that really doesn't mean much. This is really out of my area, my advice would be to post in the general tech forum, or head over to the 6th gen forums, maybe those guys can point you in the right direction. I wouldn' take it to someone, I'm sure you can figure it out and fix on your own. But if you get desperate I'm sure most any good shop will figure it out pretty quick.
