Haha, I'm in the process of installing my door speakers up front.. I said F the "Honda Acura speaker spacers" and just hacksawed the sheetmetal to make the speaker fit flush. [sm=lildevil.gif]

These are the spacers....

The cutouts in the doors are not exact fit for 6.5" speakers... The stock speakers have a case around them that fits into an odd shaped opening. You either need these brackets to make 6.5"s fit... or you need to do some hacking at the sheetmetal... I chose the latter.

You don't need a wiring harness if you're only doing speakers... Just cut off the plugs that go to the stock speakers, and splice into the new speakers.

This is assuming it's the same as the 7th gen Accords.

Lol briggz...i chose the more humane route. spacers are exactly as they sound. look on eBay for a cheap pair. if you got a 7th gen..remove the sticky plastic/felt thingy around the speaker housing to make it fit flush. i got alpine monsters lurking behind the stock panel...hehe...sleeper.
