That is one of the best instructionals I've found online. And B12 is the best IMHO.

And don't forget there's a bleeding bolt on the end of the fuel rail you can loosen/remove so you don't have to worry about spritzing fuel all over your engine. Circled in red. Just take that bolt off and put a rag under it while you work on the other disassembly, when I did this it just start drooling fuel whenever it wanted to until it was empty. Just don't pop out the injectors until you open that up and relieve some pressure.
