that's what the short ram looks like.

You can't go by a statement like "Honda K-series" engines, because for the first few years they did NOT have a MAF sensor.

The MAF sensor mounts into the one lowered corner of the air filter housing. If that lower notch in the housing is plain/empty, then you don't have a MAF sensor. (for example 2003 Accord LX that we used to have)

thats a EM bypass valve. Do a google search and you will find one with no prob.s

But it said aem bypass valve will only fit aem products.

I don't seee why you can't use it on another intake. As long as the pipe is round and the same diameter as the bypass valve it will work.
You will have to cut your new intake tho. you have to make a break in the pipe to install the bypass valve. look at mine....
