I have a 1994 Honda Accord DX, and the problem is that the engine shakes my whole car and when i pull up to stop at a stop sign or street light i have to shift it into neutral and rev it up to keep it from dying down...my muffler fell off and the pipe is dangling underneath my car(if that has to do anything with my problem) PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!! THANKS

 

You need a new exhaust pipe from converter to rear probably. I had to replace my 94 EX several yrs ago and I live in TX w/ no road salt.

Rough idle may be dirty throttle plate, throttle bore, and IACV. See DIY section for cleaning procedure.

You may also have damaged motor mounts. They will need to be inspected carefully (front and rear mounts) for damage and replaced as necessary.
