when i let off my clutch from a stop it rattles i dont know what it is or what to do

It's probably your throwout bearing.... does it do it any other time? Or just when you come to a complete stop and let out the clutch? does it matter if it's in gear or out of gear? Also, if you could list the year/model that would help too.... thanks and welcome!
