Default Electric Problem

I have a 1998 accord, when this cold is a flaw in the engine. This bug seems to be electric. When the engine heats up the problem. It has changed the petrol pump, spark plugs and spark plug wires.
I need Helps.

*******

Thanks.

My Spanish is rusty, but he said something along the lines of:

"I have a 1998 Accord, when it's cold I have an error in the engine. This fault seems to be electric. When the motor is hot, there doesn't seem to be a problem. I have changed: the fuel pump, spark plugs, and wires."

Honda1611,

Finch, the 1998+ does not have a FITV.
