Default Free timing belt

I got a letter from Honda, I went in yesterday anyways and got an oil change. But, the letter says free timing belt which obviously excludes parts & labor. Also, they recommend a 127,500 service. So, there was a coupon for a free timing belt and a coupon for 10% next scheduled maintenance. Any thoughts?

a free timing belt excluding parts/labor? then what do you get? If it's a free timing belt and you're not required to change it right then I'd take a free part...

LOL LOL>... i am not laughing at you just at the free timing belt deal that the dealer is offering .....if it excludes parts and labor than what do you get for free ,, the TAXES??

It does not make sense to me there must be a misprint ' or you are mis reading it ..

was it a free timing belt INSPECTION ???

10% coupon yeah,, that's normal

the 127,500 you can do yourself

all it is ,,,, oil and filter change, tire rotate, top all the fluids , clean and adjust brakes, ,,which if you got discs all the way around it is no big deal ,, and chk the car over, belts, boots, hoses etc etc ..

yeah, it sounds fishy though. i would rather wait until the recommend time, as it was done around 100,000 or so.
