What kind of car?
What do you mean "past fuel relay"? The fuel pump relay is under the dashboard...

92 honda accord. N I mean I have fuel pressure all the way up to the injector rail. No spark to the plugs, crank no start. How do I test the distributor? I have been told its the tdc and crank position sensors or the coil in the distributor.

Have you checked for any stored codes? On these you only need a paper clip and then count the flashes from the CEL light.

Do you have a volt meter? If so there are some tests that can be done to figure out what is wrong....ICM, coil, ect.

Can't remember so I will just ask....does this have an internal or external coil?

External, easy to test for spark from it.

For testing, see this for some tests you can preform: Honda Acura ignition (no spark) troubleshooting tutorial - How to
