Again, I stated the difference would be minimal - by reading the service manual, the resistance tests do not show a difference on brand/type. In fact if you have a volt meter you can test the one you have to be sure that the sending unit is the issue.....I know that is what they told you but at the same time they told you it is under the back seat and they could not figure out which one you needed??????? Makes me wonder.

I personally would not have an issue with a used one.

What is the proper way to test the sending unit?
