A few weeks ago I had major maintanence done at a Honda dealer for my 1999 Honda Accord EX. It sure made a difference! They used the BG fuel system cleaning, and they fixed the loose power steering with the BG Power Steering Flush. Also, they decided to put new spark plugs in, and judging from the work order I believe they put in a new distributor cap and rotor.
As well as change the oil, transmission fluid. That was a big thing (transmission fluid), its shifting great! Anyways, the point is always go to the Honda Dealer or some Honda trained facility!
