How do you reset the ECU on a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe??

Which fuse do I need to pull to properly reset my ECU? Need help please.

Manual says to disconnect battery (negative terminal for 30 secs should do), an Obd2 scanner, or Honda HDS system can clear codes.

What codes are present?
