I don't believe there are too many engine related performance options for the 4 cylinders. Some people swap an Acura TSX intake manifold into the 4 cylinder Accords for more performance. There are more things for the V6.

Note: 2003 - 2005 Accord 4 cylinders do not have drive-by-wire throttle control systems, whereas 2006-2007 4 cylinders have drive-by-wire throttle control systems. This affects the intake manifold you would use from the TSX.

There are other things such as air intakes, downpipes (with cat delete), and a few more things you can do to your car. Throwdown Performance and a few other sellers has some stuff.

In regards to engine mods, there are quite a few V6 owners that added the P2R (PowerRevRacing) ported intake manifold runner and the P2R thermal intake manifold gasket. The ported intake manifold runner is a new Honda intake manifold runner that is ported by P2R. -- Throwdown Performance is one seller for these.

If you do the above, you may want to add an air intake in conjunction.

I always felt one of the most cost effective performance area has always been suspension over most any engine mod. The Honda Factory Performance (HFP) sport suspension (for V6 only) works well, as the ride quality would still be pretty good. -- You can purchase this at discount through internet Honda dealers such as HandA Accessories, College Hills Honda, Bernardi Honda, etc. Some people also swap the Acura TL and TL-S sways bars onto the Accord too.

There are other aftermarket suspensions too. Some also make beefier strut bars, etc.

You can check out some of the sellers like College Hills Honda, Throwdown Performance, HandA, etc; as they have other goodies for your car (some are not performance; but, may add some personal functionality for your car).
