Default Quick timing belt change question...

Just need to know the frequency in which it should be replaced.

I had one break on a 97 i had where it was "replaced right before we put it on the market." Now i have a 96 with less miles. SUPPOSEDLY this 96 was a one owner, then bought, fixed, and flipped. During the fix/flip, the timing belt was changed. That was around 111k miles. Now has 177k miles. Thanks for your help guys.

It's in the maintenance schedule, in the owners manual. I think it's 100k miles or 7 years.

Should be able to look at an on-line version of the owners manual, on Honda Ownerlink website.

www dot ahm-ownerlink dot com
register with your car's VIN (or maybe just use year/model/etc)
