Smart Shops?? Haven't heard that terminology before but what I can tell you is that their coffee shops are almost all like a hippy starbucks layout but when you get to the counter you can get a double tall grande whatever the heck you want and a pre-rolled spliff of Northern Lights or whatever fits your taste.... is this off topic?
