Default tranny swap

Hi there, im brand new to this so bear with me. I just bought a 1993 accord lx two days ago,the synchos in 2nd are toast and reverse makes alot of noise so today i picked up another tranny from a 1990 lx with 140k off craigslist,(honda parts arnt super easy to get where i live)
So my questions are am i going to have a issue with the year differance? My car and the car i got the tranny from are both F22A1s,everything ive found says i should be fine. Aslo any tips at all about doing the transmission would be greatly appreciated!!! I aslo plan on doing a clutch preferibly an aftermarket one so some good brands would help too, thanks!!!

The trans will fit fine.

Don't know what your long term goals are for the car? This make the clutch and flywheel question hard to answer?

Its a DD,it has a has a nice cold air intake and catback exhaust already, and i just got a obx header for it that ill put on when i do the transmission, other then that its gonna be stock,i was thinking a stage two clutch but might just go with a stage one,not sure yet.
Is it easier to pull the engine and tranny or just the tranny?? Was also thinking about doing motor mounts aswell

don't run any clutch that is not rated for the power your making. a OEM clutch will be the best bet as stiffer clutch will cause you to have to rev higher to enguage the clutch.
