tranny swap?

Default tranny swap?
i have a 4cyl 02 SE accord with an auto but i want to do a manual swap how would i do this and how much est. would it cost me.

F23 tranny could be cheap (hint: ebay) labor look for somewhere int eh figure of $1000+, this is just a good guess.
