Default transmission rebuild

my 2002 accord got the transmission rebuilt back in august 2015, due to hard shift/jerk. Im just curious what is a transmission rebuild suppose to include? I was told all the internal parts would be swapped. Are the pressure switches or solenoids included under the rebuild? I am asking because i have the check engine light p1738 second clutch pressure switch. The mechanic told me that the warranty is not covered for the second clutch pressure switch. So i have to pay to fix this. Just to point out after the rebuild i have no problems. Just this check engine light. Also with this light i do not notice any thing different of the way the car drives.

Usually they will not replace the solenoids or switches when the trans is rebuilt.

You might check it and be sure the connector didn't come loose from the switch ?
