01 rear wheel bearing

New here, looking for further advice. I just encountered the same problem. Is there any need to change the other hub assemblies when only one is bad, or just change the one? Also, I shopped around online at local parts stores, is there any difference in quality of brands of hubs between BCA, SKF, PBG, or Timken? Any advice/opinions appreciated.
Wheel bearings can make different sounds. I had a front wheel bearing on an '89 Saab that sounded just like big knobby mud tires on a jeep. Problem was, it started at the same time I bought new snow tires. I went all winter bitching about how noisy Blizzaks were compared to the Pirellis I had before. Then I put the summer tires back on....
Rear wheel bearing on my '98 Accord made more of a howling noise, maybe like gear whine only louder.
edit... oops I guess I answered the month-old question instead of the new question...
If you do the work yourself I'd say just the one side. The other side may last awhile longer, and there isn't a great deal of duplicated work when you go to the other side. But remember that both sides are the same age & have the same mileage, so you can get yourself prepared (emotionally or financially) for the other one to go.

if one goes.... do them all.
thats if you have the money though. po people.....fix whatyou can when you can
wheel bearings and motor mounts have definate life spans. when one goes.... the others will go too.
at some point the question is what is the piece of mind worth to you?

And it looks like rear drum brakes use a hub/bearing assembly that also LOOKS the same (I haven't looked up any part numbers).
Perhaps the tightening torque on thespindle nutis different for certain years???
